By accessing, registering, or using the Knowledge Management System of Holy Trinity University, Palawan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
- Purpose of the System. The system is provided primarily for academic, research, archival, and community engagement purposes. It serves as a centralized digital knowledge base for theses, research papers, abstracts, documents, reports, and other approved scholarly outputs produced by students, faculty members, researchers, and authorized personnel of Holy Trinity University, Palawan.
- Eligibility of Users. Access to the system is limited to authorized users only. These may include students, faculty members, librarians, administrators, researchers, and other individuals officially permitted by the university.
- Account Responsibility. Users who are required to register for an account must provide accurate, complete, and updated information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password.
- Acceptable Use. The system must be used responsibly and in accordance with university policies, academic ethics, and applicable laws. Users agree not to misuse the knowledge base.
- Access Control and Data Security. The system uses role-based access control to protect sensitive documents and ensure that only authorized users can view or download specific materials.
- Intellectual Property and Copyright. All research outputs stored in the system remain subject to the intellectual property rights of their original authors, contributors, or the university. Proper citation must always be observed.
